Jessica Ordaz(2018)
Jessica Ordaz is an Assistant Professor of Ethnic Studies at University of Colorado, Boulder. She received her doctorate in American History from the University of California, Davis. During the 2017–2018 academic year, Ordaz was the Andrew W. Mellon Sawyer Seminar postdoctoral fellow at the University of Washington. She is currently completing a book manuscript, which will historicize the functions of immigration detention in the United States.
