Ami Dayan is a director, actor, playwright, and 2016 Dairy-Center Honoree. His work, which ranges from one-person political-dramas to full-scale musicals, has been commissioned and produced in Israel, Europe, and the U.S., including four celebrated Off-Broadway productions.
