Ashok Ferrey is Sri Lanka’s best-selling author. He read pure mathematics at Oxford and was a builder in London before becoming a writer. His latest book, The Ceaseless Chatter of Demons, is the first local Sri Lankan novel in 60 years to be translated and published in France. By day he is a personal trainer.
