David Howell has served as an MP and a Member of the House of Lords for the past 50 years and is the only Minister to have served in Ted Heath’s, Margaret Thatcher’s and David Cameron’s governments. He is Chairman of the Lords Committee on International Relations, Chairman of the Windsor Energy Group, President of the Royal Commonwealth Society. His most recent book is The Mother of all Networks.
