Meeru Dhalwala(2020)
Meeru Dhalwala was born in India, raised in the US, and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is co-owner/chef of Vij’s restaurant and has written three cookbooks. Dhalwala has an MSc in Development Studies from the University of Bath, UK and worked in human rights-economic development projects prior to her food career.
