James Raffan is a geographer, speaker, and bestselling author. He writes for high-profile international media, has produced documentaries for CBC and the Discovery Channel, and is a fellow of The Explorers Club, Royal Canadian Geographical Society (past governor), and former chair of the Arctic Institute of North America. He has traveled through the Arctic Circle, researching and writing on culture and climate change.
