Ruth Smith(2019)
Ruth Smith is a youth service specialist at the Boulder Public Library. Smith has been delivering engaging storytimes and library programs for children of all ages for almost a decade. Using music, movement, and instrument playing during her storytimes, she creates an environment of fun and learning for all.
