Parul Kapur
Parul Kapur’s debut novel, Inside the Mirror, about twin sister artists in 1950s Bombay, won the AWP Prize for the Novel and is longlisted for the Center for Fiction 2024 First Novel Prize and the New American Voices Award. Her short fiction appears in Ploughshares, Pleiades, the anthology Extinguished & Extinct, and more. As a journalist and critic, she has written for The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal Europe, Esquire, Art in America, ARTnews, Slate, Guernica, Los Angeles Review of Books, and The Paris Review. She lives in Atlanta with her family.
