T C A Raghavan(2020)
TCA Raghavan has retired from the Indian Foreign Service and is the former High Commissioner to Pakistan and Singapore. He is the author of Attendant Lords: Bairam Khan and Abdur Rahim-Courtiers and Poets in Mughal India, The People Next Door: The Curious History of India’s Relations with Pakistan, and History Men: Jadunath Sarkar, G S Sardesai, Raghubir Sinh and Their Quest for India’s Past. He is currently Director General of the Indian Council of World Affairs, a foreign policy think tank recognized by an Act of Parliament as an institution of national importance.
