Warwick Ball(2023)
Warwick Ball is a Near Eastern archaeologist who has worked throughout the Middle East and adjacent regions, and travelled in most countries between Europe and China over the past fifty years in the course of his work. He is an award-winning author of numerous books and was recipient of an honorary doctorate from the University of St Andrews in recognition of an outstanding career in Near Eastern archaeology. His latest books include East of the Wardrobe: The Unexpected Worlds of C S Lewis, and The Eurasian Steppe: People, Movement, Ideas.
