Christopher de Bellaigue(2019)
Christopher de Bellaigue is an award-winning author and journalist who has covered the Middle East and South Asia for the Economist, the New York Review of Books, the Guardian, The New Yorker and the BBC. His most recent book, The Islamic Enlightenment, was shortlisted for the Baillie Gifford, Orwell and the Nayef al-Rodhan prizes. He is currently working on a book about oligarchs and opportunists in Renaissance Eurasia.
