Into the Heart of the Himalayas
Jono Lineen in conversation with Prajwal Parajuly
A solo trek over 2700 kilometres through the Himalayas undertaken after the death of his brother led author Jono Lineen through a spiritual journey across the mountainous terrain of Pakistan, Ladakh and India. His voyage became a cathartic experience of self-discovery and an important tool in overcoming profound grief. In conversation with Prajwal Parajuly, Lineen presents a vivid narrative of life and death, and the enduring power of the human spirit.
