Carmen Escobedo de Tapia(2023)
Carmen Escobedo de Tapia is Senior Lecturer at the University of Oviedo. She has got widely experienced in teaching and research in Indian Literature in English. She is the author of several books and articles on the subject, like Spiritual and Corporeal Selves in India: Approaches in a Global World (with Alejandra Moreno, eds., Newcastle, 2020). She has also translated into Spanish the poetry book, The Day We Went Strawberry Picking in Scarborough by Indian author Ranu Uniyal.
Carmen Escobedo es profesora Titular de la Universidad de Oviedo. Cuenta con una amplia experiencia docente e investigadora en literatura india en lengua inglesa. Es autora de varios libros y artículos sobre el tema, como Spiritual and Corporeal Selves in India: Approaches in a Global World (con Alejandra Moreno, eds., Newcastle, 2020). También ha traducido al español el poemario The Day We Went Strawberry Picking in Scarborough, de la autora india Ranu Uniyal.
