Indu Sundaresan
Indu Sundaresan is the author of five novels and a collection of short stories. Her bestselling Taj Mahal Trilogy comprises The Twentieth Wife, The Feast of Roses and Shadow Princess.
The Twentieth Wife won the Washington State Book Award. The novel has been converted into a 42 hour-long episodic television series titled Siyaasat, which is currently airing on Amazon Prime. Her most recent novel, The Mountain of Light, is the story of the last owners of the Kohinoor diamond, Maharajahs Ranjit Singh and Dalip Singh of Punjab.
