Charles Phaneuf(2024)
Charles Phaneuf is the VP of Strategy for South Arts, a regional collaborative fund with the mission of advancing Southern vitality through the arts. His work at South Arts includes resource building and alignment across departments, as well as leading the organization's advocacy and equity work. Previous roles include President of the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County, and Executive Director of Raleigh Little Theatre.
