Ussama Makdisi(2019)
Ussama Makdisi is a Visiting Professor at the University of California at Berkeley and also a Professor of History and the first holder of the Arab-American Educational Foundation Chair of Arab Studies at Rice University. Dr. Makdisi is the author of several books, including the forthcoming Age of Coexistence: The Ecumenical Frame and the Making of the Modern Arab World.
