Hamad Al-Kawari is a State Minister with rank of Deputy Prime Minister. He serves as an Adviser at the Amiri Diwan (Royal Palace of Qatar) and was formerly the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage of Qatar. He was previously the Ambassador of Qatar to France, the United States, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and the UN.
