Ahmad Dallal(2019)
Ahmad Dallal is Dean of Georgetown University in Qatar. He is the author of An Islamic Response to Greek Astronomy: Kitab Ta‘dil Hay’at al-Aflak of Sadr al-Shari‘a, Islam, Science and the Challenge of History, The Political Theology of ISIS, Prophets, Messiahs and the Eradication of the Greyzone, and Islam without Europe: Traditions of reform in Eighteenth-Century Islamic Thought. Dallal received his PhD from Columbia University in Islamic studies.
