Mary Taylor

Mary Taylor began studying and practicing yoga in 1971 and is compelled by how ancient traditions impact the modern world. She works in medical settings, applying contemplative practices to sustainable wellness. Taylor studied classical French cooking, worked as a professional chef, and has written widely about food, yoga, and health. With Richard Freeman, she has authored When Love Comes to Light: Bringing Wisdom from the Bhagavad Gīta to Modern Life.
