BRUNO MAÇÃES

Bruno Maçães was the Minister of European Affairs in Portugal from 2013 to 2015. He is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute in Washington and Renmin University in Beijing, and the author of two recent books, The Dawn of Eurasia and Belt and Road. The Dawn of Eurasia was selected as a ‘book of the year’ by the Financial Times and Foreign Affairs. Belt and Road was published in India in 2019.
