Lucy Waverman

 

Lucy Waverman is a food journalist, food editor and cookbook author. She writes a weekly food column ‘Personal Chef’, which appears every Saturday in the Globe and Mail. She has written numerous cookbooks, including her latest The Flavour Principle, which won the gold medal at the Canadian Taste Cookbook Awards. Waverman has been privileged to receive many honours for her efforts in mentoring young talent and for educating the public about cooking and world cuisines through writing and teaching.
