Justin Rowlatt(2019)
Justin Rowlatt was the BBC’s South Asia correspondent based in Delhi until last year. Whilst there, he explored the legacy of his great-grandfather, Sir Sydney Rowlatt, the British judge responsible for the notorious Rowlatt Act. The so-called “Black Act” sparked the protests that led to the Amritsar massacre.
