Kayla Q. Frawley is Currently the Policy and Advocacy Manager at Clayton Early Learning Center. A former midwife, certified lactation consultant, maternal child health educator and mentor, she has worked with Denver families for the last seven years from preconception through preschool. She is also a co-convener of Raise Colorado Coalition.
