David Heska Wanbli Weiden(2019)
David Heska Wanbli Weiden, an enrolled citizen of the Sicangu Lakota nation, is the author of the forthcoming novel Winter Counts. He is a MacDowell Colony Fellow and received the PEN/America Writing for Justice Fellowship. He received his MFA in Creative Writing from the Institute of American Indian Arts and his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.
