Shelja Sen

Dr. Shelja Sen is a narrative therapist, a writer and co-founder of Children First Institute of Child and Adolescent Mental Health. In her third book, Reclaim Your Life, she has shared her own experience with Depression and curated stories of skills and know-how of the young people she works with. She is a TED speaker and a columnist with Indian Express. She is an international faculty at the Dulwich Centre (Adelaide, Australia).
