Madhuri Vijay’s writing has appeared in Best American Nonrequired Reading, Narrative Magazine, Vogue and Elle. Her first novel, The Far Field, won numerous awards, including the 2019 JCB Prize for Literature, the Tata Literature Live! First Book Award and the Crossword Book Award, and was a finalist for the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature.
