Ira Pande
Ira Pande is a freelance writer and translator. She has translated several books from Hindi into English and been awarded the Crossword and Sahitya Akademi translation prize for her translation of Manohar Shyam Joshi's T’ta Professor in 2009 and 2010 respectively. She is currently finishing a translation of her mother Shivani's memoir of Shantiniketan titled Amader Shantiniketan.
