Karen Wyld(2019)
Karen Wyld works as a freelance writer and consultant. She has an illustrated nonfiction children’s book being published in 2020. Her debut novel was shortlisted for the 2015 SA Readers & Writers People’s Choice Award, and she had an unpublished manuscript shortlisted in the 2017 Richell Prize. Wyld is an ex-Board member of the First Nations Australia Writers Network, and a current Australia Council for the Arts peer. She is currently undertaking a Masters In Creative Arts, researching First Peoples use of allegory for truth-telling in fiction.
