Jared Thomas is a Nukunu person of the Southern Flinders Ranges, an author and curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art and Material Culture at the South Australian Museum. Dr. Thomas’ young adult and children’s works explore issues of Aboriginal marginalisation and resistance and the power of culture and belonging.
